Babylist Shop Return Policy:
Babylist Shop items (whether gifted or purchased for yourself) can be returned within 9 months from the purchase date. The item must be in the same condition as received, unopened, and in its original product packaging. We don't accept returns on opened or used items. If you have any questions regarding your return qualification, reach out to us.

How to Set Up A Return:
- To return a gift you received from your registry, go to your Gift Tracker, find the item, and press the Return link next to it.
- To return an item you purchased directly from the Babylist Shop, head to our Returns Center to begin.
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse. Visit Where is my return? for more information.
Important highlights:
- Returns are free; you won't be charged for return shipping.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
- We don't offer exchanges.
- Purchases made at our Babylist Beverly Hills Showroom can only be returned in-store.
- Online order returns can't be returned at the Showroom.
- Soundly Mattresses have a 120-day return window.
Other Store Returns:
Many gifts listed on Babylist registries are sold and shipped by retailers other than Babylist. If your return is for another store, you’ll need to contact that retailer directly for help with your return. We can't accept returns from other retailers.
Tip: Retailers won’t have access to your Babylist registry or registrant details, but they can usually help if you provide:
- The email address used to place the order
- Your order confirmation number
