We accept returns for Babylist Shop items within 9 months of the purchase date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Return policy for Babylist Shop items
Babylist Shop items—whether purchased by you or sent by friends and family—can be returned within 9 months of the purchase date.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original product packaging
We can’t accept returns for used or opened items.
Start a return
- Go to your Gift Tracker or the Returns Center
- Find the item you want to return
- Select Return next to the item and follow the prompts
If you don’t see the item, make sure you’re logged in to the correct account and try refreshing the page.
Refunds and processing time
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse.

Return policy details and exceptions
- Returns are free. You won’t be charged for return shipping.
- Gift cards can’t be returned.
- We don’t offer exchanges.
- Items purchased at the Babylist Beverly Hills Showroom must be returned in-store.
- Online orders can’t be returned to the Showroom.
- Soundly mattresses have a 120-day return window.

Returns for items from other retailers
Some items on your registry may be purchased from other retailers. Babylist can’t accept returns for those items.
Contact the retailer directly to start a return. Most retailers will ask for:
- The email address used to place the order
- The order confirmation number
