You’ll receive an email with a 16-digit return credit code once your return has been processed and refunded as Babylist Shop credit. Most return credit emails are sent within 5 business days of your return being delivered to our warehouse.
If you have a Babylist registry and use the same email address when setting up your return, your return credit may appear in your account under Settings > Gift cards, promos & gift funds.
How to use your return credit
If the credit is in your account, it will automatically apply at checkout as long as you’re logged in.
If your return credit is not automatically applied at checkout, you can enter it manually:
- Copy the full 16-digit return credit code from your email.
- Go to checkout in Babylist Shop.
- Paste the code into the Gift card or discount code box.
- Select Apply.
Important details about the return credit
- Return credit can only be used for purchases in Babylist Shop.
- If your return credit is not automatically added to your account, save the email containing your 16-digit code for future use.
- Multiple return credit codes can be applied during checkout.
- Return credits do not expire.
