In most cases, you shouldn’t combine multiple returns in one box.
Why you shouldn’t combine returns
Returns may be routed to different warehouses. Sending multiple returns in one box can cause:
- Delays in processing
- Items being sent to the wrong location
- Lost returns
When it’s okay to combine returns
Only combine returns if the Returns Center specifically instructs you to do so.
If items can be returned together, you’ll see that option when setting up your return.
What to do instead
Ship each return separately using the prepaid label or QR code provided for that return.
