To begin the return process, visit our Return Center and enter your order number and the shipping zip or email address, then select I'm Returning a Gift.
The return label will be for FedEx so you’ll want to be sure to drop your return off at one of their authorized stores. (Don't forget to ask for a drop-off receipt!)
Once your return is delivered to us, you’ll receive a delivery confirmation email. We'll issue the refund within five business days after your return arrives. Once it's been processed, you’ll receive a final email containing refund information. Refunds issued to a credit or debit card can take up to 10 business days to post in an account depending on the bank.
