Start a return through the Returns Center using your order details. You’ll receive a prepaid label or QR code to ship your item back.
Start a return
- Go to the Returns Center
- Enter your order number and the shipping zip code or email address
- Select I’m returning an item I purchased
- Follow the prompts to complete your return
If you don’t have your order number, check your order confirmation email.
Prepare and ship your return
After you complete the return steps, you’ll receive a QR code or prepaid shipping label.
- Use the provided label or QR code to ship your item
- Drop off your return at an authorized FedEx location
- Keep your drop-off receipt for your records
Refund timeline
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
We issue refunds within 5 business days after your return arrives.
If your refund is sent to a credit or debit card, it may take up to 10 business days for your bank to post it to your account.
Check your refund status
Check your email for updates on your return and refund status. You’ll receive:
- A delivery confirmation when your return arrives
- A final email when your refund is processed
If you don’t see a refund after 10 business days from the processing
