- Description of the issue
- Attach a photo or video of the product(s)
- Photo of the shipping box, if available
- Your Babylist Shop order number
- Include your name and best shipping address

*Bumbo Multi Seat - the tray is designed to tuck neatly into the back of the seat for easy storage when it’s not in use. We know it can be tricky to spot if you’re not sure where to look, so if you think your tray is missing, be sure to check the back of your seat first.
