If you purchased an item or received a gift purchased directly from the Babylist Shop, we are happy to accept returns within nine months of the purchase date. Returned items must be in the same condition received, unopened and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on opened or used items.
- We offer refunds to the original methods of payment if the return is a personal order, or as a Babylist Shop credit if the return is a gift return.
- Refunds will be issued no later than the 5th business day after your return is delivered to our warehouse. Once the return has been processed, you’ll receive a final confirmation email containing refund information.
- Shipping and surcharge fees are non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns from other retailers.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
