If you’re having trouble starting a return, check these common issues and how to fix them.
Check your order details
Make sure you’re entering your order number correctly.
- If your order number includes a suffix (for example, BLS-123456-1), remove the suffix and enter only the base number (BLS-123456)
Check if a return was already started
If you have already begun a return, you won’t be able to start it again.
Search your email for your return confirmation. Check your inbox, spam, and trash folders.
Check your order status
You can only start a return after your order has shipped.
Look for a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Once your order is on the way, you can start the return process.
Check return eligibility
Returns must meet our return policy requirements.
- The return must be within the allowed return window
- The item must be purchased from the Babylist Shop
If your item is outside the return window, you won’t be able to start a return.
Other reasons your return may not be available
Some orders aren’t eligible for returns:
- Reshipments
- Orders that have already been refunded or credited
