Here are the most common reasons you may run into an issue when creating a return:
- Your order number has a suffix at the end of it (like BLS-123456-1). Remove the -1 and enter just the base order number instead (like BLS-123456).
- You already started the return. Try searching for Loop in your email. It may be in your inbox, trash, or spam/junk folders. Check them all!
- Your order hasn't shipped yet. A return can’t be initiated until the order has gone out for delivery. Once you receive an email with tracking information, you can begin the return process.
- Your item is outside of our return policy.
- Your order isn't from the Babylist Shop. We can't accept returns from other retailers.
