After you start a return, use your QR code or prepaid label to ship the item back through FedEx.

Go to your return confirmation page to access your shipping options.
- Download your prepaid shipping label or use the QR code
- Track your return from the same page
Prepare your package
Before shipping your return:
- Remove or cover any existing shipping labels on the box
- Attach your prepaid return label if you’re not using a QR code
- Keep the product in its original, unopened packaging
Ship your return
Drop off your package at an authorized FedEx location.
Keep your drop-off receipt. You may need it if there are any shipping or delivery issues.
Track your return and refund
You’ll receive a delivery confirmation email when your return arrives at our warehouse.
We process returns within 5 business days after they arrive.
Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a final email with your refund details.
Important tips for returns
- Don’t combine multiple returns in one box unless instructed. Items may be routed to different warehouses.
- Keep your drop-off receipt until your return is complete.
- Don’t open the product packaging to include packing slips. Opened items aren’t eligible for return.
