Once you've created your return, grab your QR code or download your prepaid return shipping label directly from your confirmation page. You can track your return from this page as well making it your best resource for tracking the status of your return.
Remove or cover any existing labels before attaching the return label to your package. It's for FedEx, so you'll want to drop your return off at one of their eligible locations.
You’ll receive a delivery confirmation email when your return makes it to our warehouse. It'll be processed no later than the fifth business day after we receive it. (Counting the day after it's reached our warehouse, and excluding weekends and holidays). Once your return has been processed, you’ll receive a final confirmation email containing your refund information.
The more you know:
- Hold onto your drop-off receipt from FedEx. We'll use this to help if there are any transit or delivery issues.
- Don't send multiple returns back together unless specifically indicated on the packing slip. Potential items may be routed to different warehouses. Your return may get delayed or lost.
- Don’t open the product packaging to include the return packing slip. Since we don't accept returns on opened items, this would put your item outside our return policy.
