How do I use my return label or QR Code?

I lost my return label or need a new label:
You can find your return label by revisiting your return status page from your return confirmation email. If you're having trouble locating this page or need a new label, we'll be happy to help!
I need to cancel my return:
No problem! You can reach out to let us know, and we'll be happy to help!
I need extra return labels:
If you've already set up your return and need additional return labels, maybe for a larger, multi-piece item, reach out, and our Happiness Heroes can get you what you need.
I had a typo or used the wrong email address for my return:
It happens! Just let us know, and we'll sort it out.
I can't find my return credit/refund:
Once the return has been processed, you’ll receive a final confirmation email containing refund information.
Refunds will be issued no later than the 5th business day after your return is delivered to our warehouse. (This doesn't count the day the package is delivered, weekends, or holidays.)
Refunds for gift returns are given as Babylist Shop credit. Once the refund has been issued, that credit will be immediately available for you to use.
Personal orders are refunded to the original form of payment. It may take up to 10 business days to show on your statement, depending on your bank.
