Manage your return
- Cancel a return: Contact support to cancel your return request
- Need extra labels: Contact support if your return requires multiple labels
- Incorrect email: Contact support to update your return details
Track your refund
After your return is delivered to the warehouse:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed
- Refunds are issued within 5 business days after delivery (excluding weekends and holidays)
Refund methods:
- Gift returns: Issued as Babylist Shop credit and available immediately
- Personal orders: Refunded to the original payment method (may take up to 10 business days to appear)
