Tracking Your Return:
You can track your return by revisiting your return status page from your return confirmation email. If you're having trouble locating this page, we'll be happy to help! You can also find the tracking number on the drop-off receipt—don't forget to ask for one!
We’ll send you a delivery confirmation email when your return is received at our warehouse. Once it's been processed, you’ll receive a final email with your credit or refund information.
What to Expect:
Refunds will be issued no later than the 5th business day after your return is delivered to our warehouse. (This doesn't count the day the package is delivered, weekends, or holidays.)
Once the return has been processed, you’ll receive a final confirmation email containing refund information.
Refund Expectations:
- Refunds for gift returns are given as Babylist Shop credit. Once the refund has been issued, that credit will be immediately available for you to use.
- Personal orders are refunded to the original form of payment. It may take up to 10 business days to show on your statement, depending on your bank.
- Shipping and surcharge fees are non-refundable.
