What to expect after you send your return
- You’ll receive a confirmation email when your return is delivered to the warehouse
- You’ll receive another email once your return has been processed
When your refund is issued
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after your return is delivered to the warehouse (excluding weekends and holidays).
Refund methods
- Gift returns: Issued as Babylist Shop credit and available immediately
- Personal orders: Refunded to the original payment method (may take up to 10 business days to appear)
- Shipping and surcharge fees are non-refundable
