How Printerless Returns Work

Receive a QR Code
Once a return is submitted, you will:- See a QR code displayed on the return confirmation page.
- Receive the QR code in your confirmation email, along with a link to a traditional print option if needed.

Pack and Prepare the Item
- Securely package the item, using original packaging if available.
- If printing a label, ensure it’s attached securely to the package.

Drop Off at Eligible Locations
- Visit any FedEx eligible location for FedEx shipments.
- Simply show the QR code (printed or from a mobile device) to the store clerk for processing.
- Make sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels if reusing packaging.
Preparing for Drop-Off
