Get your return QR code
After you submit a return:
- View your QR code on the return confirmation page
- Receive the QR code in your return confirmation email
You can also choose to print a return label if needed.
Prepare your return
- Pack your item securely
- Use the original packaging if available
- Remove or cover any old shipping labels
Drop off your return
- Bring your package to a FedEx drop-off location
- Show your QR code on your phone or as a printout
- The store will scan the code and process your return
Important tips
- Ask for a drop-off receipt and keep it for your records
- Use the receipt to track your return if needed
