Here are the most common issues folks run into creating a return!
- Make sure you don't include the suffix at the end of your order number. So instead of BLS-123456-1, you’ll want to use BLS-123456 instead.
- You may have already started the return. Try searching in your email for “Loop” to find it in your inbox, trash, or spam/junk folders.
- A return can’t be started until the order has been shipped. If you haven’t received a tracking number, you’ll need to wait until you have that to begin the return process.
- Your item is outside of our return policy. You can see the full Babylist return policy here.
