To begin the return process, please visit our Return Center here and select 'I'm returning an item I purchased'. This can only be done via our website, not in the Babylist app.
The return label will be for FedEx so you’ll want to be sure to drop your return off at one of their authorized stores. (Don't forget to ask for a drop-off receipt!)
Once your return is delivered to us, you’ll receive a delivery confirmation email. We'll issue the refund within 5 business days after your return arrives to our warehouse. Once the return has been processed, you’ll receive a final confirmation email containing refund information. Refunds issued to a credit or debit card can take up to 10 business days to post in an account depending on the bank.
