Return gifts from the Babylist Shop through your Gift Tracker. You’ll receive a prepaid label or QR code to ship the item back.
Return policy for Babylist Shop gifts
Babylist Shop gifts can be returned within 9 months of the purchase date.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original product packaging
We can’t accept returns for used or opened items.
Only items that have already shipped can be returned. Items that are still processing aren’t eligible for return setup.
Start a return from your registry
- Go to your Gift Tracker
- Find the item you want to return
- Select Return next to the item
- Follow the prompts to complete your return
If you don’t see the item, make sure you’re logged in to the correct account and try refreshing the page.
Prepare and ship your return
After you complete the return steps, you’ll receive a QR code or prepaid shipping label.
- Use the provided label or QR code to ship your item
- Drop off your return at an authorized FedEx location
- Keep your drop-off receipt for your records
Refunds and what to expect
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Refunds are issued as Babylist Shop credit within 5 business days after your return arrives.
You’ll receive a final email when your refund is processed.
Check your return status
Check your email for updates on your return and refund status. You’ll receive:
- A delivery confirmation when your return arrives
- A final email when your refund is processed
