We are happy to accept returns on items purchased directly from the Babylist Shop within nine months of the purchase date. Returned items must be in the same condition received, unopened and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on opened or used items.
You can initiate a return of items that have already been shipped. Items that are still processing (not yet shipped) are not eligible for return setup. (Pssst, our lips are sealed! We won't tell your Gift Giver.)
To return a Babylist Shop gift from your desktop, click on Gift Tracker on the left side of your registry.
Find the Babylist Shop item you’d like to return and click Return.
Once through the process, you'll grab a QR code or print and attacch a prepaid shipping label (whatever is easier!), and send it back using a FedEx location. Don't forget to ask for a drop-off receipt!
Once your return is delivered to us, you’ll receive a delivery confirmation email. We'll issue a refund in the form of Babylist Shop credit (it won't go to the original form of payment) within five business days (after it reaches our warehouse). Once processed, you’ll receive a final confirmation email containing refund information.
To return a Babylist Shop gift, go to the menu bar (at the top left side of your screen) and select Registry. Scroll down to tap Gift Tracker. Find the Babylist Shop item you'd like to return and tap on Return. (We won't tell a soul!)
