How do I return a gift purchased from the Babylist store?

We are happy to accept returns on items purchased directly from the Babylist Store within 90 days of the sale date. Returned items must be in the same condition received, unopened and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on opened or used items. You can find our return policy here.

Are you using a computer?

To return a Babylist store gift, from our website, click on "Gift Tracker" on the left side of your registry.

Find the Babylist item (order number will start with BLS) you’d like to return on your "Gift Tracker" page and click RETURN. Please note: The gift giver will not be notified of your return.

You’ll be taken through a process that allows you to create and print a prepaid shipping label. The label will be for FedEx, so you’ll want to be sure to drop your return off at one of their local stores. Don't forget to ask for a drop-off receipt! 

Once your return is delivered to us, you’ll receive a delivery confirmation email. We'll issue a refund in the form of Babylist Store credit within 3-5 business days after your return arrives to our warehouse. Once the return has been processed, you’ll receive a final confirmation email containing refund information. 

Are you using the iOS app?

To return a Babylist store gift, go to the menu bar (at the top left side of your screen) and select Registry. Scroll down to tap "Gift Tracker." Find the Babylist item (order number will start with BLS) you'd like to return and tap on Return.  Please note: The gift giver will not be notified of your return.
