Returns are processed by the retailer where they were purchased. If the item was purchased from Babylist, contact us to return your gift. Including the Babylist order number (BL-########) makes it super fast and easy.
Returns on items purchased from Babylist are accepted up to 90 days from date of purchase and items must be in original packaging.
If it's from another retailer, contact the retailer directly and let them know you need to make a gift return.
Your Gift Reservations page is really helpful too. Via our website (not the app), click on "Gift Reservations" at the very top of your registry page. There, you'll see the gift giver's name, email address and the item(s) they reserved. If they provided it to us, you'll also see the retailer and the order number.
In most cases, the retailer can look up the order under the gift giver's name, email and/or the order number.
