You'll receive an email with a 16-digit code once your return has been processed and refunded as Shop credit. You'll normally receive your return credit code within 5 business days or your order being delivered to our warehouse. To use your Babylist Shop return credit, copy and paste the full 16-digit code into the Gift card or discount code box at checkout.
The more you know:
- Babylist Shop return credit can't be added to your registry account. (Save that email containing your code!)
- Return credit can only be applied to purchases made in the Babylist Shop.
