Once your return is created, you can download your prepaid return shipping label directly from your confirmation page. (If you need to start a return, click here!) You can track your return from this page as well, so it’ll be your best resource for the status of your return. You’ll receive an email with a link to return to this page if needed.
Remove or cover any existing labels before attaching the return label to your package. Your label is for FedEx, so you'll want to drop your return off at one of their locations.
You’ll receive a delivery confirmation email when your return makes it to our warehouse. Your return will be processed no later than the fifth business day after we receive it. Please keep in mind this doesn't include the day it's dropped off at our warehouse nor any weekends or holidays.
Once your return has been processed, you’ll receive a final confirmation email containing your refund information.
- Be sure to keep the drop-off receipt that FedEx gives you. This is how we can help if there are any transit or delivery issues.
- Don't send multiple returns back together unless indicated on the packing slip because the other returns will be significantly delayed. You can see more information on this here.
- Don’t open the product packaging to include the return packing slip. Since we don't accept returns on opened items, this would put your item outside our return policy. You can see our full return policy here.
