The tracking says the address was “incomplete” or “incorrect.”
- If a carrier can’t deliver because of an incomplete address, you’ll see a note like “incomplete address” on your tracking link. Typically, they’ll hold your package temporarily. You can try to contact the carrier directly to provide an update. This option usually appears in your tracking details if it’s available.

My package was delivered to the wrong address.
- Occasionally, packages get dropped off at the wrong address. A quick check around your property or a chat with neighbors might reveal that your package was delivered nearby.
- Another possibility is that the carrier made an error when they marked it as delivered, and will correct their mistake.
