Waiting on a package (especially one with baby goodies!) can feel like forever. If your tracking hasn’t updated, here’s what might be going on and what you can do.
Haven’t received a shipping notification yet?
- Babylist Shop orders take 2–3 business days to process. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with the tracking information. If, for any reason, yours is running late, we’ll let you know.

Good news: it doesn’t always mean something’s wrong.
- Carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx sometimes experience delays in scanning or updating tracking information. Even if your package looks like it hasn’t moved, it’s often still on the way.
A few things to try:
- Give it a little time: Sometimes tracking doesn’t update for a day or two. If it’s been less than six days since your last scan, it’s likely still en route.
- Check the delivery window: Your estimated delivery date is still a good guide. If we said it should arrive in 5–7 business days, that’s still the best bet—even if tracking is quiet.
- Look out for movement soon: Tracking usually picks back up as your package gets closer to its destination.

If it’s been more than six days without any tracking movement, reach out to us. We’ll happily look into it and help make things right.
Expedited or Priority Shipping:
If you paid for Express or Priority shipping, your order should process very quickly and arrive within our expected shipping time frame. If you have any concerns, please let us know!
