Babylist Shop Orders:
First, let's check on a few things:
- Double-check what you ordered by heading to your Order Status page. You can get there from your confirmation email.
- Look for separate shipping information. We ship from multiple fulfillment centers, so your order may arrive in more than one box. It’s worth checking your Order Status page—your missing item might be on the way with a separate tracking number.

If you received the wrong item, or something's missing:
- Hold on to the incorrect item so we can find the best solution.

Reach out to our Happiness Heroes with the following information:
- Your Babylist Shop order number (BLS-XXXXXXX).
- A quick note about what you received vs. what you ordered.
- A photo, if you can—it helps us make it right faster.
Other Store Orders:
Many gifts listed on Babylist registries are sold and shipped by retailers other than Babylist. If your order is from another store, you’ll need to contact that retailer directly for help with your order.
Tip: Retailers won’t have access to your Babylist registry or registrant details, but they can usually help if you provide:
- The email address used to place the order
- Your order confirmation number
