If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, there are a few common reasons and steps you can take to locate it.
Why your order may show as delivered
- Your order may be split into multiple shipments, which can arrive at different times
- Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they are dropped off
Check around your delivery location
Look in common delivery areas around your home:
- Front door, back door, side entrances, or garage
- Behind furniture or planters
- With a doorman, front desk, or mailroom
- Parcel lockers or shared package areas
If you live in a shared building, check with neighbors or roommates in case the package was accepted on your behalf.
Check your tracking details
Go to the shipping carrier’s website or app using your tracking number.
Carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS may provide additional details, such as delivery notes or the exact drop-off location.
Wait for delayed delivery
In some cases, packages arrive shortly after being marked as delivered.
Allow a few hours for delivery. Most packages arrive within 7 days of the delivery scan.
If your package is still missing
If your package hasn’t arrived after 6 business days from the delivery scan, contact our support team for help.

- The email address used to place the order
- The billing name on the order
- The payment method used
