We recognize how frustrating it can be when your package says it’s delivered, but it’s nowhere to be found. Don’t worry—we’ve got a few tips that might help you track it down.
Multiple Shipments:
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages—each with its own tracking number. This is normal and a common reason you may receive only part of your order at first. You can track each shipment individually to see when the rest of your items will arrive.
Delivery Timing
Sometimes, delivery drivers scan several packages as "delivered" before they’ve actually dropped them off. If that’s the case with your order, it should show up within a few hours.
Unusual Delivery Spots
Drivers might leave packages in unexpected places like side entrances, back doors, or even near your garage. Be sure to check those areas, just in case.
Communal Living Spaces
If you live in an apartment or shared housing, check places like parcel lockers, mailrooms, or the front office. It’s also worth asking your roommates or neighbors if they’ve seen it.
Delivered to the Wrong Address
Occasionally, packages get dropped off at the wrong address. A quick check around your property or a chat with neighbors might reveal that your package was delivered nearby.
Check with the Shipping Carrier
Carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS often have more detailed tracking information than what we can see—including GPS coordinates of the delivery scan. This can be helpful if you think a package was misdelivered or want to pinpoint exactly where it was left.
We recommend checking the carrier’s website or app directly using your tracking number. Many customers have found this to be the fastest way to locate a missing package.
Still No Luck?
