Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email. Click on the Track Your Order button to open your order status page.
Your order status page will show tracking updates as well as the direct tracking link.

My order says it was delivered, but I haven't received it yet. Where is it?
Other Store Orders:
Many gifts listed on Babylist registries are sold and shipped by retailers other than Babylist. If your order is from another store, you’ll need to contact that retailer directly for help with your order.
Tip: Retailers won’t have access to your Babylist registry or registrant details, but they can usually help if you provide:
- The email address used to place the order
- Your order confirmation number
