- Open your shipping confirmation email
- Click Track your order
- View your order status and tracking updates
Tracking information becomes available after your order ships.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet
Tracking details are not available until your order ships.
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email, your order is still being processed.
If you can’t find your tracking email
- Check your inbox and spam folder for the shipping confirmation email
- Search for emails from Babylist using the address used at checkout

Track gifts from a registry
If you’re receiving gifts, view tracking details in your Gift Tracker.
Orders from other retailers
Some registry items are sold by other retailers. If you placed your order on another retailer’s website, contact that retailer directly to track your order.
Provide the following details when contacting the retailer:
- The email address used to place the order
- Your order confirmation number
