Shipping times vary depending on where your item is coming from. Babylist includes items sold directly from the Babylist Shop as well as items from other retailers, so timing can differ.
Processing time before shipping
Most Babylist Shop orders take 2–3 business days to process before they ship.
During this time, your order is prepared, packed, and handed off to the carrier.
If your order has been processing for more than 3 business days, check your status in Your Orders or your email confirmation. If it still hasn’t shipped, contact our support team.
Shipping speed options and delivery times
Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout:
- Standard shipping: Delivery time varies based on your address
- Express shipping: Arrives in 3–5 calendar days (exclusions may apply)
- Priority shipping: Arrives in 1–3 calendar days (exclusions may apply)
Not all items are eligible for expedited shipping. You’ll see available options and estimated delivery dates at checkout before you place your order.
How to choose a shipping method
- Add an item to your cart
- Go to checkout
- Review the available shipping options
- Select your preferred shipping speed
The estimated delivery date updates as you select each option.
Track your order
After your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
If you’re receiving gifts, check the Gift Tracker. If you placed the order, check Your Orders.
It’s normal to see gaps between tracking updates. Carriers may take a few days to scan packages as they move through their network.
Additional shipping details
- Babylist Shop orders ship to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii
- Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can take 2–3 weeks longer than standard delivery estimates
- Some items ship directly from manufacturers and may take extra time to process
- Delivery can’t be scheduled for a specific date or time
- Bundled shipping (for existing orders) groups items into fewer shipments and typically ships every two weeks. This option is no longer available to enroll in
