Babylist Store orders:
All Babylist orders are placed on a 45-minute hold before being moved over to processing. Within that 45 minutes, you can edit the shipping address from the link in your confirmation email.
The new shipping address must be in the same state. Since taxes are based on the shipping address for your order, we cannot update the shipping address to a different state. If you need your order to go to a different state, you'll need to cancel your order.
If you're unable to find your confirmation email or make the changes yourself, please contact our Happiness Heroes as soon as possible with your Babylist order number starting with BLS.
If the 45 minute window has expired, we cannot make changes to the address or cancel your order. Orders that have already shipped can also not be edited nor cancelled.
Other store orders:
Most gifts listed on registries are sold and shipped by retailers other than Babylist. If the order is from another retailer, you'll want to contact them directly. When you contact these other retailers, they will not have information about the registry or the registrant. If you let them know the e-mail address you used to place the order and your order confirmation number, they can look up your order and make changes.
