Once an order has been placed, you can’t change the shipping address on a Babylist Shop order. To update the address, cancel the order and place a new one.
If you ordered from Babylist Shop
- Open your order confirmation email
- Select the cancellation link
- Place a new order with the correct shipping address
You can cancel an order for a limited time after placing it.
If your order can't be canceled
If your order can't be canceled but hasn't shipped, please reach out to support. We will do our best to get the order to the right place
If your order has already shipped
Once shipped, address changes are limited.
Use the carrier’s tracking tools to request delivery changes or instructions when available.
If you ordered from another retailer
If you placed your order on another retailer’s website, contact that retailer directly to update the shipping address.
Provide the following details:
- The email address used to place the order
- Your order confirmation number
