Babylist Shop orders:
Once an order is placed, modifications can't be made. If you need to update the shipping address, you must cancel the original order within the 45-minute cancelation window and then place a new one. If it's too late to cancel your order, you may be able to change the address or add delivery instructions directly through the shipper.
Other store orders:
Most gifts listed on registries are sold and shipped by retailers other than Babylist. If the order is from another retailer, you'll want to contact them directly. When you contact these other retailers, they will not have information about the Babylist registry or the registrant. If you let them know the email address you used to place the order and your order confirmation number, they can look it up and make changes. Here are the contact numbers for a few popular retailers:
