In an effort to be a greener company, while also making receiving gifts much simpler for our Registrants, we will now attempt to ship multiple orders going to the same address and placed on the same day in fewer boxes.
Does this mean my personal orders will ship with my gifts?
No, at this time we are limiting this feature to just Gift Giver purchases from registries placed on the same day.
Won’t this cause a delay in getting my order?
Not at all! Our team has worked hard to make sure your packages aren’t affected. Your Gift Givers will still be provided a delivery estimate at the time the order is placed.
How will I know who sent what item?
Our team will do the hard work, so you and your loved ones don’t have to! Your order will still come with a packing slip that will include a breakdown of what items you received. Your Gift Tracker page will still be your best resource for checking the status of a gift, viewing your gift messages or starting a return.
