If the Registrant has a public address:
When buying a gift from the Babylist Shop, the Registrant's address will be automatically added as a shipping option at checkout.
If you've selected an item from another retailer, you'll need to copy the Registrant's address and manually enter it when checking out on that retailer's site. (It won't automatically transfer!) Once you click a product on a Babylist registry (before we take you to the retailer that sells it) you'll see this screen:
Tap on the blue text, to reveal the Registrant's address. (You may want to write it down or copy and paste it.)
Even after you've gone to the site to buy your gift, you can come back to the Babylist registry and click the Show Me button on the registry page:
Not all Registrants share their address on their registry. If they've chosen to keep theirs hidden, you'll see this message recommending to reach out to them for it.
Remember:
- If purchasing a gift from a retailer besides the Babylist Shop, you must manually enter the Registrant's address at checkout. It won't auto-populate from the registry onto other websites.
- When the address isn't available on the registry, you'll need to contact the Registrant, (the baby shower host, a close friend or family member) to get it.
