You may contribute any amount toward a group gift. The person who created the registry completes the purchase and receives the item.
How group gifting works
Group gifting lets multiple people contribute money toward a single item using a Babylist Gift Card.
The person who created the registry uses those contributions to purchase the item. The gift ships after they complete the order.
Contribute to a group gift
- Open the group gift on the registry
- Click Contribute
- Enter your details
- Choose the amount you want to contribute
- Complete checkout
Buy the full gift instead
If no one has contributed yet, you may have the option to purchase the full item instead of contributing.
If you already purchased the item
If you bought the item outside of Babylist:
- Select I've purchased this on the registry
- Enter the order details
This helps the person who created the registry keep track of what has already been purchased.
