Buy multiple gifts from the same retailer
Follow these steps to add multiple items to one cart and check out once.
- Click Buy next to an item from the retailer you want
- Add the item to your cart on the retailer’s website
- Return to your browser tab labeled Did you purchase it?
- Repeat these steps for other items from the same retailer
- Once all items are in your cart, complete checkout on the retailer’s website
Tips for buying multiple gifts
- Use the Filter by store option at the top of the registry to group items from the same retailer
- Double-check that each item matches what the Registrant selected
- Choose a gift receipt at checkout if the retailer offers one
Shipping address when buying from retailers
Retailers do not receive the shipping address automatically from the registry.
Enter the shipping address manually during checkout if you want to send the gift directly. If you don’t have the address, return to the registry to find it or contact the Registrant or someone close to them.
Troubleshooting checkout issues
If you run into issues while checking out on a retailer’s website:
- Refresh the page and try again
- Try a different browser or device
- Make sure items are still in your cart before completing checkout
If the issue continues, complete your purchase directly on the retailer’s site or contact their support team.
