You can view all of your Babylist Shop orders in one place, including order status, tracking information, and return options.
On the web
- Log in to your Babylist account on a computer.
- Click your name in the top-right corner.
- Select Your Orders from the dropdown menu.
From there, you’ll see all orders placed through the Babylist Shop. Each order includes tracking links (when available) and options to start a return.
In the app
- Tap the Menu icon in the upper-left corner of the app
- Select Orders
You’ll see your most recent Babylist Shop orders and their delivery status. Tap an order to view tracking details or request a return.
Can’t find your order?
If you’re logged in but don’t see your order listed:
- Make sure you’re signed in with the same email you used to place the order.
- Orders may take a few minutes to appear after purchase. Try refreshing the page or closing and reopening the app.
- Check your email for a confirmation message titled “Your Babylist Shop order” — this includes your order number and tracking link.
If the confirmation email didn’t arrive within 15 minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
Confirm and track your order
You can track your shipment directly from your order history or confirmation email. Once your order ships, a Track package link will appear under the order details. If the status shows Processing or Pending, your order is still being prepared for shipment.
For delivery updates, select the carrier’s tracking link shown in your order.
