Returns are processed by the store where they were purchased. If your gift was bought somewhere besides the Babylist Shop, you'll need to contact them directly to set up your return.
Head to your Gift Tracker to find the Gift Giver information and order details (if they've provided it as we encouraged them to do). Having these details helps make returns go smoother.
The more you know:
- In most cases, the store can look up the order under the Gift Giver's name and email address if there's no order number provided.
- Every retailer has their own return policy. If you have questions regarding a policy for a specific store, you'll need to contact them directly. Remember, they won't know about Babylist or your registry.
