When you transfer a store registry, only qualifying items will come over to your Babylist. (This excludes retailer gift cards, group gift items, exclusives and anything that's out of stock at the time of transfer.)
Things to keep in mind:
- Items listed as a group gift on Amazon aren't recognized by our import tool and won't transfer over. You'll want to turn off the group gifting option on Amazon before submitting your transfer request at Babylist.
- You only want to transfer a registry once. Any new items should be added directly to your Babylist registry using the Babylist Button or app and tapping the + Add items icon.
- The two lists won't sync, so anything new added to your external registry post-transfer won't be reflected on your Babylist registry. Once you’ve looked over your Babylist, we recommend deleting your store registry to prevent duplicate gifts (or privatizing it so only you have access but can still enjoy their registry perks!).
