I transferred a registry, why are some items missing?

When you transfer a store registry, we will move all available items over to your Babylist. Items that are out of stock or unavailable online will not be transferred over.

Items listed as a Group Gift on Amazon are not recognized by our import tool and will not transfer over. You'll want to turn off the group gifting option prior to your transfer request. You can find directions here.

Please note: You only want to transfer a registry once. Any new items should be added directly to your Babylist registry using the Babylist Button or app. The lists do not sync, so any new items added to your store registry will not be reflected on your Babylist registry. Once you’ve looked over your Babylist, we recommend deleting your store registry to prevent duplicate gifts.
