If the Registrant has a public address:
When you click a product on a Babylist registry, before we take you to the retailer that sells the item, you'll see this screen:
If you click on the blue text, we'll show you the Registrant's address. As a reminder, Babylist is not able to automatically transfer the address for you, so you may want to write it down or copy and paste it.
After you continue to the retailer's website, if you need to get back to the shipping address, you can click the "Shipping Address" button on the registry page:
If the Registrant has not provided an address or it is private:
Instead of being able to click and copy their address, you'll see this message and you'll need to ask the Registrant for their address directly.
A few things to note:
- If you're purchasing a gift from a retailer besides Babylist, you must enter the Registrant's address yourself. We're not able to auto-populate addresses on other store websites.
- If you're purchasing a gift directly from Babylist AND the Registrant's address is on their account, we'll automatically populate their address for you.
- If you don't wish to reach out to the Registrant directly, the best way to get the Registrant's address is to ask the baby shower host or a close friend or family member.
