Check an order you placed from the Babylist Shop
If you placed this order from your registry, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Babylist account
- Go to Your Orders
- Select the order
View your order status, items, and tracking details when available.
Check gifts purchased for you
- Go to your Gift Tracker
- Select the gift
View purchased items and tracking details for gifts bought from the Babylist Shop. Friends and family may hide gift details to keep purchases a surprise.
Check an order without a Babylist account
Open your Babylist Shop confirmation email and click View your order.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folders.
If you can’t find your order
- Search your inbox for a Babylist Shop confirmation email
- Make sure the order was completed at checkout
- Check if the item was purchased from another retailer
If you still can’t find your order, contact our support team.
Things to keep in mind
- Tracking appears after your order ships
- Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours once in transit
- Orders may show as preparing to ship before reaching the carrier
- Orders marked waiting for package from shipper haven’t been scanned yet
- Shipping times vary by item; see our shipping timeframes article for details
- Bundled shipping orders ship every two weeks (only for accounts that already have this option; new enrollment is no longer available)
- Babylist cannot track orders from other retailers
- Group Gift items do not ship automatically; redeem and complete checkout to receive the item
