If you're a Registrant, head to Your Orders from the Menu in the top right-hand corner of your desktop screen to view details, check the status, and track an order you placed for yourself from the Babylist Shop.
To view gifts purchased for you, go to your Gift Tracker. There you can view your Gift Giver details, items purchased, and track a package (if it was bought from the Babylist Shop).
If you're a Gift Giver or a Babylist Shopper, you'll need to find your confirmation email and click the View Your Order button to access your Order Status Page. If you can't find it, our Happiness Heroes can look it up for you.
Things to keep in mind:
- Tracking information won't be available until after the order has shipped.
- It may take 24-48 hours for tracking to update once your order is in transit.
- Learn more about our shipping time frames.
- Bundled shipping orders ship every two weeks.
- If the order is from another retailer, we will not have access to its details.
- If you made the purchase yourself, you will want to reach out to that retailer directly for any order information.
- If the order is a gift purchased for you, our Happiness Heroes will gladly contact the Gift Giver on your behalf to ask for an update.
- Other retailers will not know about Babylist or our registries.
- Group Gift items won’t automatically ship, even once it’s been fully funded. The registry owner can redeem the contributions, add the item to their cart, and go through the checkout process.
