If your order was canceled, you’ll receive an email with details and a refund will be issued automatically.
Why your order was canceled
Orders may be canceled for a few reasons:
- The item is out of stock
- There was an issue verifying your shipping address
- A system error prevented the order from processing
If we need more information (like confirming your address), we’ll email you. If we don’t hear back, the order may be canceled to avoid delivery issues.
If only part of your order was canceled
Some orders ship from multiple warehouses. If one item becomes unavailable or can’t be processed, only that item may be canceled.
Any remaining items in your order will still ship separately.
What happens after a cancellation
After your order is canceled:
- You’ll receive a cancellation confirmation email with details
- A refund is issued for the canceled item
Check your email for the most accurate and up-to-date information about your order.
What to do next
If you still want the item:
- Check if the item is available in the Babylist Shop
- Place a new order if it’s back in stock
- If it’s unavailable, you can purchase it from another retailer

Refunds and payment details
- Refunds are issued to your original form of payment
- It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank
- If you used Babylist Shop credit, the refund is available right away
