Your registry stays active, but it may be set to private if there’s no recent activity. When a registry is private, it’s no longer searchable or visible to others unless they have a direct link.
When your registry becomes private
Your registry may automatically be set to private under these conditions:
- No user is associated with the registry
- No reservations have been made in the last 3 months
- Your arrival date was more than 12 weeks ago, the account was created before the arrival date, and no purchases have been made in the last 6 weeks
How to keep your registry visible
Log in to your account at least once every 6 weeks to keep your registry from being set to private.
Recent account activity overrides the conditions above, even if there have been no purchases.
