How to change your Babylist URL

You can personalize your Babylist registry link anytime to make it easier to share with friends and family.

Change your URL on web:

You can update your registry URL from three different locations:

From your registry home page:

1. Go to your registry's homepage on your desktop.
2. In the top left corner, select Edit under your registry link.
3. Update your URL and select Save.

From your Registry:

1. Open your registry 
2. Select Edit details, and a menu will appear where you can edit your URL under the heading Registry Link. 
3. Enter your new URL and select Save.

From your account settings:

1. Click your name in the top right corner to open the menu.
2. Select Settings > Registry Info.
3. Scroll to Registry URL.
4. Delete your current URL and type in a new one.
   • The URL must use lowercase letters and cannot include special characters.
   • If the URL is already taken, an error message will appear.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save.

Change your URL in the app:

1. Open the Menu (three lines in the top left corner).
2. Tap Registry > Appearance.
3. Enter your preferred URL.
4. Tap Save.

Tips for choosing a custom URL

• Keep it short, simple, and easy to remember.
• Avoid using special characters or capital letters.
• Choose a name that helps friends and family easily identify your registry.
