From your desktop, head to the Menu in the top right-hand corner of your page (hover over your name), and select New Registry.
in the iOS app, you can create a new registry by going to the Menu in the top left of your screen, and selecting Registry > Actions > Create New Registry. (This isn't available on Android yet.)
