You can invite your partner to share full editing access to your Babylist registry. Once they accept your invitation, they’ll be able to edit items, manage cash funds, and view tracking details—so you can plan together in one place.
Add a partner from the web
- Go to your registry on the Babylist website.
- Click your name in the top-right corner to open the menu.
- Select Settings > Partner & Collaborators.
- Enter your partner’s name and email address, then select Send Invite.
- Your partner will receive an email invitation. Once they accept and create their own Babylist login, they’ll have full access to your registry.
Add a partner from the app
- Open the Babylist app.
- Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
- Select Registry > Partner & Collaborators.
- Enter your partner’s name and email, then tap Send Invite.
- Once they accept the invitation, they can sign in to manage and edit the registry with you.
Partner permissions
What Partners can do:
- Add, edit, and remove registry items.
- Manage cash funds.
- View order tracking details.
- Access and use the registry discount.
What Partners can’t do:
- Redeem or use Babylist Shop Gift Card credit and return credit that has been applied to the account.
- Manage Group Gift funds.
- Deactivate the registry.
- Edit registry details (names and arrival date).
