There are a few things you can check to log in to the app using your Apple ID:
- Make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the app
- Check that the Apple ID on your device is the same Apple ID you used to create your Babylist account
- Ensure Babylist is listed in the Apps Using Apple ID on your device’s Settings
If everything checks out but you’re still having trouble, reset your Babylist account password. If you chose to make your email address private at signup, Apple assigned a unique email address to your Babylist account. You will need to enter this unique email address to reset your password.
To find the email address Apple assigned to your Babylist account:
- Go to your phone’s Settings and tap your name.
- Click Sign-In & Security.
- Select Sign in with Apple.
- Choose Babylist.
- The email assigned to your Babylist account should be under Hide My Email.
