Having trouble logging in with Apple? Try the steps below to get back into your account.
Troubleshoot logging in with Apple
- Update the Babylist app to the latest version.
- Check that your device is signed in with the same Apple ID you used to create your Babylist account.

Confirm Babylist is enabled in your Apple ID settings:
- Open your device settings.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Sign-In & Security.
- Select Sign in with Apple.
- Make sure Babylist appears in the list of apps.
If Babylist doesn’t appear, you may not have originally signed up using Apple.
Reset your Babylist password
If you’re still unable to log in with Apple, you can reset your Babylist password and log in with your email instead.
If you chose to hide your email when signing up with Apple, Apple created a unique email address for your account. Use that email address when resetting your password.
Find your Apple-generated email address
- Open your device settings.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Sign-In & Security.
- Select Sign in with Apple.
- Tap Babylist.
- Find your email address under Hide My Email.
Switch from Apple login to email login
After resetting your password, you can log in using your email address and password instead of the Apple button.
This gives you another way to access your account if Apple login isn’t working.
If you can’t access your Apple ID
If you’re unable to sign in to your Apple ID, contact Apple support directly. Babylist can’t access or update Apple ID accounts.
