Yes. You can name multiple hosts, and each one will have full access to managing the event.
Adding a host does not automatically mean that they will be shown as a host on your invitation. You can decide what you want to show. When you are creating your invite, there is a field to mention the host or hosts, and you can write whoever you want there. All hosts manage the same shower, guest list, and RSVPs, so a change made by one host affects the event for everyone.
