Keep track of which friends and family you’ve thanked after receiving gifts. The Gift Tracker shows all gifts purchased from your registry, and each gift includes a Thanked checkbox so you can easily stay organized as you send thank-you notes.
You can access the Gift Tracker on the web, iOS, and Android.
Mark a gift as thanked
On the web
- Log in to your account
- Go to your registry Home page
- Open the Gift Tracker
- Find the gift you want to update
- Check the Thanked box next to that gift
On the app
- Open the Babylist app
- Tap Track gifts at the top of your screen
- Find the gift you want to update
- Check the Thanked box next to that gift
Undo a thanked status
Need to make a change? Uncheck the Thanked box at any time to remove the thanked status.
What this does (and doesn’t do)
The Thanked checkbox is a simple way to keep track for your own records.
- It helps you track who you’ve thanked
- It does not send a thank-you note for you
- It does not notify friends and family when you mark a gift as thanked
If you export your gifts as a CSV file, the file won’t update automatically as you mark items as thanked. To keep your progress up to date, use the Thanked checkbox in the Gift Tracker.
