You can’t edit a Babylist Shop order after it’s placed. To make changes, cancel the order and place a new one.
Cancel an order within 45 minutes
You can cancel your order within 45 minutes of placing it.
- Open your order confirmation email
- Select the cancellation link in the email
- Confirm the cancellation
After canceling, place a new order with the correct items or shipping details.
After the 45-minute window
After 45 minutes, orders can’t be changed or canceled.
If your order has already shipped, you can request a return after delivery.
Digital gift cards
Digital gift cards are processed immediately and are not included in the 45-minute cancellation window.
Contact support if you need help canceling a digital gift card that hasn’t been redeemed.
Orders from other retailers
Some registry items are sold by other retailers.
If you placed your order on another retailer’s website, contact that retailer directly to make changes or request a cancellation.
Provide the following details when contacting the retailer:
- The email address used to place the order
- Your order confirmation number
