Most Babylist Shop order details can’t be changed after you place an order. For a brief period after purchase, you may be able to update the shipping address by contacting our support team.
For other changes, cancel the order and place a new one.
Cancel an order
You can cancel your order for a limited amount of time after placing it.
- Open your order confirmation email
- Select the cancellation link in the email
- Confirm the cancellation
After canceling, place a new order with the correct items or shipping details.
After the order has been sent for fulfillment
If your order has already shipped, you can start a return after delivery.

Digital gift cards
Digital gift cards are processed immediately. Please contact support if you need help canceling a digital gift card that hasn’t been redeemed.
Orders from other retailers
Some registry items are sold by other retailers.
If you placed your order on another retailer’s website, contact that retailer directly to make changes or request a cancellation.
Provide the following details when contacting the retailer:
- The email address used to place the order
- Your order confirmation number
