Babylist Gift Cards have two purchase options: Mailed or Digital, and each has two delivery options.
Mailed Gift Cards
Gift Givers can either:
- Ship the card directly to the address listed on the registry (if it’s public), or
- Send it to themselves to hand-deliver.
Mailed gift cards don’t include tracking, but they ship via USPS First Class mail and typically arrive within 10 business days of purchase.
If yours hasn’t shown up by then, reach out to our Customer Support Team—they’ll help sort it out.
Digital gift cards:
- Email: Gift Givers can email the gift card directly to the Registrant. The credit is added to their account right away—this is the only option for immediate delivery.
- Print-at-home: Prefer to gift it in person? You can print the gift card at home and hand it to the Registrant yourself.
Good to know:
- Print-at-home gift cards are sent to the email address you entered at checkout. This email comes separately from your order confirmation.
- Still not seeing it? Check your spam or junk folder—just in case it landed there. The subject line will read: Print your e-gift card.
- Still stuck? Our Customer Support Team can help.
Special message:
Hey Registrant,
If you receive a mailed or printed gift card, the funds don't get added to your account automatically. You can apply the funds to your registry using the gift card code printed on your Settings page. If you’re using our app, click on Menu > Registry > Credits, Promos & Gift Funds.
If you're expecting a digital print at home or mailed Babylist Gift Card and have not yet received it, like other physical gifts, it's really up to the Gift Giver when and how they present it to you. Typically, this is done at a baby shower or sprinkle, but often they just want to give it to you in person!
Sincerely,
Your Babylist insider
