Babylist gift cards are available as mailed or digital options. Delivery timing and how you receive the card depend on the option you choose.
If you chose a mailed gift card
You can send a mailed gift card in two ways:
- Ship it directly to the address on the registry (if available)
- Ship it to yourself to give in person
Mailed gift cards are sent via USPS First Class mail and typically arrive within 10 business days.
If the gift card hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, chat with our support team for help.
If you chose a digital gift card
Digital gift cards are delivered by email or as a print-at-home option.
- Email delivery: Send the gift card directly to the recipient’s email address. The credit is added to their account right away.
- Print-at-home: Receive an email with a printable gift card that you can give in person.
If you didn’t receive a print-at-home gift card
If you purchased a print-at-home gift card but don’t see the email:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Search for an email with the subject line: Print your e-gift card
If you still can’t find the email, chat with our support team.
If you received a physical or printed gift card
Mailed and print-at-home gift cards are not automatically added to your account.
To use the gift card:
- Go to your account settings
- Find the gift card or promo code section
- Enter the code printed on your gift card
On the app, go to Menu > Registry > Credits, Promos & Gift Funds to enter your code.
