If your investment account couldn't be verified or your fund is on hold, you can relink your 529 or 530A (Trump Account) in your settings
If your investment account was rejected
If your fund shows Unable to deposit gifts, the information you entered couldn't be verified or needs to be updated.
- Go into your settings and click “Linked Investment Accounts”
- Select Relink your account, or go to your linked investment account in your settings. Enter the beneficiary’s legal information and the account number exactly as it appears with your plan provider.
- Confirm your account number and beneficiary information.
- Review your changes.
- Submit the updated information.
If your fund is on hold
If your fund shows On hold, it's usually because a contribution was returned.
Select Relink your account to update your investment account information.
