A gift may fail if there's a problem with the payment method, such as insufficient funds or incorrect payment information.
If your payment doesn't go through
If a payment fails, the gift isn't completed and no money is sent to the child's fund.
You can review your payment information and submit a new gift.
Any applicable fees are charged only when a gift is successfully completed.
If a completed gift is returned
If a completed gift is later returned, Babylist may temporarily pause the child's fund to help prevent additional payment issues.
If your fund has been paused, email support@babylist.com for assistance. We'll help you restore your fund as quickly as possible
