If you see a Cash Fund contribution listed in your Gift Tracker but don’t see the funds in your PayPal or Venmo account, it likely means the gift giver didn’t complete the transaction.
Gift givers complete their payment in Venmo or PayPal. If they don’t finish the payment—or forget to confirm they decided not to send it—the contribution may still appear in your Gift Tracker, even though no funds were transferred.
You’ll receive an email from Venmo or PayPal when money is actually sent to your account. If you didn’t get that email, the payment hasn’t been completed.
