How do I pay the shipping fee for my Hello Baby Box?

Once you've qualified for the Hello Baby Box, you can order it directly through your Babylist account by paying the shipping fee.

Order on the web

1. Log in to your Babylist account at babylist.com.
2. Go to the For You section on your home dashboard. You may need to click See all to find the Hello Baby Box tile.
3. Click Free goodies are waiting! Order your Hello Baby Box today.
4. Review your shipping address. If it needs to be updated, go to your Registry Settings before checking out.
5. Enter your payment details.
6. Submit your order.

Order in the app

1. Open the Babylist app and go to the Home tab.
2. Scroll to the For You section. You may need to tap See all to find the Hello Baby Box tile.
3. Tap Claim Hello Baby Box.
4. Review your shipping address and update it in Registry Settings if needed.
5. Enter your payment details and submit your order.

Important details

• The box ships only within the U.S. (excluding U.S. territories). We can’t ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
• The shipping fee is non-refundable.
• You can pay with credit, debit, or PayPal. Babylist Gift Cards and return credits can’t be used for shipping.
• Orders can’t be changed or canceled after they’re placed.
• Boxes shipping to Alaska or Hawaii include a shipping surcharge.
