Once you've completed the steps to qualify, you're well on your way to getting your Hello Baby Box.
To place your order from the web, here's what you need to do:
- Log into your Babylist account from our website
- Click on the Hello Baby Box tile at the top of your registry. (You might need to click on See All to find it)
- Tap the Get my Hello Baby Box button
- Enter payment details (if you need to change the shipping address, go back to your Registry Settings to update it)
- Submit your order
In the app, you'll want to:
- Tap the Menu bar in the top left of your screen
- Go to Registry > Hello Baby Box
- Click on the Get my Hello Baby Box button
- Fill out payment details (check that your shipping address is correct, or go back to your Registry Settings to update it)
- Submit your order
A few things to know:

The items included in the box are typically suited for ages newborn to three months. You’ll qualify if:
- Your arrival date is less than nine months from now, or if
- Your baby arrived less than four weeks ago
- We can only ship Hello Baby Boxes to US addresses (excluding US territories). We can't ship Hello Baby Boxes to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Purchases must be made in the Babylist Shop. Babylist Health orders and orders placed with other retailers don’t count toward this requirement.
- We’re always updating our offerings and everyone’s box may be a little different.
- Only the registry owner can place an order for a Hello Baby Box (Partners can't place it).
- Once the order is placed it can't be changed or canceled.
- The shipping fee is non-refundable.
- You can pay for shipping using credit, debit, and PayPal (Babylist gift cards and return credit can't be used for this).
- There is a one Hello Baby Box limit per household per year.
